Every one of our successfully installed doors will require some 'TLC' during its operational life. Tony Metcalfe, Operations Director, oversees both Installations and Service Departments.

Our team of in-house people - Adam, Steve, Courtney & Samantha - dedicate a proportion of their time arranging for Union Industries doors on customers sites to be serviced - many of which are covered by our Lifetime Warranty scheme.

Of course, if there are any minor issues with any one of our doors, then our Technical Service Team can offer to talk through the problem on the telephone, which generally results in a quick fix, and with no cost to the customer!
